Melissa Clark, the creator of the award-winning animated TV series “Braceface”, received a master’s degree from UC Davis and has written shows for Fox, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network.

Her recent book “Swimming Upstream Slowly” is a cute novel about a ‘surprise’ pregnancy every woman should read.
